EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange requests submitted after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Exchange Conditions

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Once an exchanged product is delivered, no further exchange requests will be accepted.

Exchange products will be delivered to the same address provided in the original order.
Product Exchange

If exchanging for the same product in a different size, the exchange will be processed subject to stock availability.

If exchanging for a product of higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

If exchanging for a product of lower value, the balance amount will be issued as store credit.

Multiple products cannot be selected against a single exchange request.
Exchange Processing Charges
A processing and logistics fee of ₹150 will be applicable on all exchange requests.
RETURN POLICY
We currently do not offer returns for products that have been delivered successfully.
Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

Manufacturing defect

Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in rejection of the claim.
After verification, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Exchange & Return Policy
Currently, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

Damaged or Defective International Orders
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

After investigation, Vaishali Boutique Studio may issue store credit or a credit note for the affected product.
Replacement products will not be shipped for international orders.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Prepaid orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Orders already processed, packed, or shipped are not eligible for cancellation.

Vaishali Boutique Studio reserves the right to cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
In such cases, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
REFUND POLICY
Where applicable, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
